Liquidity Wines, situated in Okanagan Falls, British Columbia, has been a prominent figure in the Canadian wine industry since its establishment in 2013. In April 2020, the winery was acquired by Anthony von Mandl, becoming part of the Iconic Wineries of British Columbia. Wine Description
The 2020 Dividend is a meticulously crafted red blend comprising 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc, 15% Petit Verdot, and 10% Malbec. It presents a deep, bramble nose with notes of hedgerow fruit. On the palate, flavors of hibiscus, juicy blackcurrant, cedar, and black pepper emerge, leading to a well-structured, lengthy, and complex finish. Aged in oak for 16 months, this wine boasts an alcohol content of 14% and is best enjoyed now or can be cellared for further development over the next 5 to 7 years.
